A. How to accurately describe the fault phenomenon:
Time of fault occurrence: clearly indicate the specific time or time period when the fault occurred, such as "around 10 am today" or "started yesterday afternoon".
Fault occurrence scene: describe the operating conditions under which the fault occurred, such as "when carrying heavy objects" or "while driving after starting".
Specific manifestations (photos and videos are required. If there is a fault code on the dashboard, photos are also required.):
Sound description: for example, "an abnormal 'clicking' sound" or "a sharp friction sound".
Abnormal movement: such as "inability to lift", "stuck driving", and "stiff steering".
Appearance changes: "the fault light on the dashboard flashes" or "liquid leaks in a certain part".
Other abnormalities: "smoke", "strange smell", "sudden flameout", etc.
Fault frequency: describe whether it occurs occasionally or frequently, such as "intermittently" or "several times in a row".
Comparison before and after the fault: describe the normal state of the forklift before the fault and the obvious changes after the fault occurs.
Attempted operations: If you have attempted something, such as restarting or adjusting certain components, please also describe the results in detail.
Related phenomena: If there are other accompanying phenomena, describe them together, such as "the vehicle body was shaken at the same time" or "an electrical system failure occurred afterwards".
B. Repair process and precautions.
Prepare relevant information, including the nameplate of the forklift (if engine/transmission accessories are required, the corresponding nameplate/sign is also required), model, contract number, etc.
Contact the after-sales service department of the FLIFT manufacturer through the designated contact method (such as email, customer service hotline, etc.).
Describe the fault in detail and describe it according to the key points of how to accurately describe the fault phenomenon mentioned above.
Provide information such as the time and location of the fault and the use environment of the forklift.
The after-sales staff of the FLIFT manufacturer records and confirms the repair information.
According to the manufacturer's arrangement, you may need to wait for remote guidance from technicians or wait for maintenance personnel to go to the site for processing.
