Forklift manufacturing process
01 Forklift design and customization

02 Forklift raw material
Before production - Purchasing department/acceptance Raw material inspection: Inspect the purchased raw materials to ensure that they meet the quality standards.
03 Forklift raw material
Cutting
refers to the process of cutting and cutting raw materials into the desired shape and size according to the design or production requirements. For example, a sheet metal is cut into different parts shapes according to specific drawing requirements.
Component inspection: Inspect each component of the forklift, including size, shape, material, etc.
Welding
It is a connection process that combines atoms between two separated workpieces by heating or pressurizing, or both. For example, the cut parts are connected together by welding to form a structure.
Welding inspection: Inspect the welding parts of the forklift to ensure that the welding quality meets the requirements.
Seiko
Usually involves fine machining and trimming of the workpiece to achieve higher accuracy, better surface quality or specific process requirements. This may include sanding, polishing, deburring and other operations to make the product more refined.
04 Forklift painting
Before production - Purchasing department/acceptance Raw material inspection: Inspect the purchased raw materials to ensure that they meet the quality standards.
Pretreatment

Clean the surface of the forklift to remove oil, dust and other impurities.
Treatment such as rust removal may be performed to ensure a clean surface.
Putty: fill the surface of the depression and uneven place, make the surface more smooth.
Grinding: grinding the surface after scraping the putty to obtain a smooth and smooth effect.
Shielding: shielding the parts that do not need to be painted.

Painting

Primer coating: Evenly spray or brush the primer, the role of the primer is to enhance adhesion and rust resistance.Dry and cure properly.
Medium paint finish: increase coating thickness and wear resistance. Improve appearance.
Finish coating: Apply the finish paint according to the required color and effect. Ensure uniform coating, no defects such as flow hanging.
The role of topcoats is to provide a beautiful appearance and a protective coating.

Drying And Coating Effect Testing

Drying or curing: After the coating is completed, the forklift is placed in the drying chamber for drying. The purpose of drying is to dry and cure the coating and enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the coating.

Inspection and dressing: After drying, the coating of the forklift is inspected, including appearance inspection, thickness inspection, hardness inspection, etc., to ensure that the quality of the coating meets the requirements. Repair any defects.

05 Forklift assembly

06 Forklift quality inspection

After the forklift is assembled and leaves the production line, the following tests will be carried out at the forklift test site:

Power performance test:Acceleration performance test, to evaluate the acceleration ability of the forklift from rest to a certain speed.Maximum driving speed test
Handling performance test: Steering flexibility test, including indicators such as the minimum turning radius. Braking performance test, to detect the response and braking distance of the brake.
Stability test: Stability performance test under different slopes and road conditions.
Carrying capacity test: Working performance test under different load weights.
Durability test: Durability test for long-term continuous operation or simulation of a certain working cycle.
Noise test: Measure the noise level generated by the forklift during operation.
Electrical system test: Battery endurance, charging performance, etc.
Special working condition test: Performance in harsh environments (high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, etc.).

Through these tests, the various performances of the forklift can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure that its quality and reliability meet relevant standards and actual use requirements.

07 Forklift packaging and delivery
Packing preparation:
Ensure that the forklift has been tested and commissioned. Prepare packing materials, such as wooden boxes, cartons, foam, etc.
Forklift packaging:
Use appropriate packaging materials to pack the forklift to protect it from damage during transportation. Special protection for vulnerable parts, such as fork arms, tires, etc.
Packing:
Place the packed forklift into a suitable container or wooden box. Ensure that the forklift is securely secured in the box to prevent movement during transportation.
Document preparation:
Prepare relevant documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc. Ensure documentation is accurate and shipped with the goods.
Delivery:
Select the appropriate mode of transport, such as sea, land or air. Deliver the goods to the shipping company and ensure that the goods reach the destination on time.
Tracking and monitoring:
tracking the transportation of goods, timely understanding the location and status of goods. Liaise with the transport company to resolve any problems that may arise.
